I want to start off by saying that I’m not a birther BUT, let’s try a little honesty here. If one has nothing to hide why would one go to such incredible lengths to stand in the way of truth? Especially when it would prove all the crazy birthers wrong and you can then go on with your life in peace. One + One are not equaling to Two in this case….
As you all may have heard there is a sane judge in GA that had the nerve to subpoena Obama to appear in court regarding his eligibility for the POTUS seat he holds and wants to continue to hold. See the letter attached. What Obama is asking now, is totally insane. He is asking the Secretary of State of GA to take the trial away from the judge on the eve of his ordered court appearance.

Please allow me to clear up some misconceptions about the Georgia case.
First, the court is not a real court, the person presiding is not a real judge, and this is NOT a judicial proceeding.
It is an ADMINISTRATIVE LAW Court presided over by an ADMINISTRATIVE COURT Judge and it is not part of the Georgia or U.S. Article III Judiciary.
In fact, it appears to be part of the EXECUTIVE branch of the Georgia government (that is, the Governor’s Office), not the JUDICIARY branch.
This is not to say that some good may not come from this, but we will have to wait to see how it all plays out.
