SOC912 – Nationwide Lemonade Stand and Bake Sale Hug-A-Thon Day!

As you have heard on Glenn Beck’s GBTV, our government is trying to stop the American tradition of lemonade stands and bake sales, and even hugs!  So, Glenn Beck thought it would be nice if we all across the United States had a Lemonade Stand and Bake Sale Hug-A-Thon Day.  He picked this Wednesday, June 13th.  We’re going to sell lemonade and goodies to benefit Mercury One’s (non-profit) Food Drive. Mercury One will be sending out 11 semi-trucks full of food to 11 cities nationwide.  In one night, they filled all eleven trucks so they are making plans to send out more.  We want to show the government WE THE PEOPLE can take care of ourselves, we don’t need to be dependent upon the government!!

We know this is late notice, but we hope many of you will participate too!

#1 – Come show up and buy some lemonade and goodies!!!

#2 – Volunteer some time and help!!!

#3 – Bake some goodies!!!

Cyndi got perimssion from Lowe’s store manager, just so long as you’re 10 feet away from the door!  Congratulations, Lowe’s!
